  I show up at 8:30am on a Sunday morning to fill 2 11L jugs of water as the Primo water filtration at safeway is out of order. I'm excited to give this business a try but am quickly disappointed on several levels. Firstly the machine accepts only cash or the proprietary Water and Ice Co. cash card which must be purchased in-store during business hours (9-6 m-f, 9-4 sat, closed sun). Secondly what safeway charges $1.99 for (11L of water) this company charges $3.50. I suppose it's the convenience of 24h availability of you already have the card or the cash, neither of which I have (I use debit or credit, even Costco cafeteria accepts card now). I am personally very disappointed in this business and will take the jugs with me to work on Monday to fill in Edmonton.
