  Missing food. Called to report missing food and was put on hold for over 10 mins... No one came back to the phone!

  Had a great experience tonight. I usually stick to my "usual" when going to Swiss Chalet, but I wanted to try their new crispy chicken. Our server was great. I misread a bit of the menu and he fixed my oops no questions asked. Everything I asked for came quickly and fresh and the right temperature. The food was excellent and the price was great. Great value for tonight's dinner.

  Ive been to this Swiss Chalet a few times and it was okay nothing special, but last night I had the best server I've ever had. I see on the bill her name was Shae. She was very knowledgable of the menu and was able to answer any of our questions, as well as suggested things I didn't even know I could get. She was very friendly and attentive, went above and beyond to make sure our visit was great. I'll definitely be asking for her as my server when I return.
