  I travel to Edmonton frequently for work and I've had a hard time finding a good sushi restaurant there. I decided to try Leduc because often times you can find little gems in the smaller centers and The Sushi Factory is definitely a gem. I love everything about this place. The sushi is incredible, the portion sizes are very generous, the presentation of the food is awesome, the service is wonderful (every single time I've been there) and the prices are very reasonable. I don't find it expensive at all. That's been my main complaint about Edmonton sushi - hugely expensive, small portions and lame presentation. I've only tried one of the factory roles (The Angry Bride - loved the name) because I knew they would be pretty large for one person (it was) - but man was it good. I look forward to bringing my family here some day so we can try more of them. I also LOVE how fast I can get off the QE2, eat a great sushi lunch and be back on the highway in no time. It's convenient and I love it there. I highly recommend this restaurant.

  Excellent hot sake, the tuna sashimi melts in your mouth. Their special rolls are pretty darn good. The rainbow roll is my favorite. Also ordered the BBQ squid. Came with tentacles and everything! Very delicious. Coming back for sure.

  I wasn't expecting much going to a sushi restaurant in Leduc, but the food is actually pretty good. The party trays are actually a really good deal for the price. The only downfall is that the service is a little hit and miss. Some servers are great, and some are just okay.

  My husband and I have always had good service there and always felt welcome. The chefs will acknowledge us and say goodbye. Yes it's not "as cheap" as Vancouver but look where we look geographically. We try many different places in edmonton area and still our to go to place. Price is still better then most places. Rolls always done very well (presentation) and husband always rants about the freshness of the meat.
