  The first time I went in here, it was a fancy restaurant. anything with wine glasses is considered fancy. Even though we were not dressed and did not have a reservation we were still invited in and had a wonderful experience. The waitress was really friendly. When I mean not dressed, we just showed up with the usual shirt pants shoes. You almost feel like you need to be dressed up in a wonderful place like this. I recommend you check it out. I also recommend you order cactus fries they were good.

  Awful service from staff. Went through drive through and staff asked me to park. I waited about 10 minutes then went in. Saw one staff was standing there and another taking order from guests. One did not bother to come out to give me my food. The girl who took my order realized and said sorry I forgot about bringing your food. would you like some ketchup. Also the Chicken burger is no where close to what they have in picture. Their chicken burger is same as McChicken which is $6 combo at McDonald's and here they charge about $11. Harvey's you lost another customer because of bad service(mainly) and way too high prices.

  Terrible service. And there so cheap on toppings. Not worth time or money. Save your insanity for somewhere else.

  Slow service and made me feel unwelcome. The staff were flirting and talking their own language with the two guys in front of me, taking their sweet time. When I got to the till to order my grain bowl, most of the veggies were almost out, so instead of refilling them with fresh stuff, I got wilted leftovers. Honestly, you put two end slivers of tomato and scrape corners of the container for lettuce crumbs on my salad and look at me like that's okay? Not going to be back. I'm in Edmonton almost every day, so I'd rather go to Harvey's somewhere there.
